The Collection of Scientific Papers «Scientific Papers of Kamianets-Podilskyi National Ivan Ohiienko University: Historical Studies» practices a policy of open access to published content, upholding the principles of free dissemination of scientific information and global knowledge sharing for general public progress. The original, reviewed scientific articles and reviews on the Historical Studies, dedicated to the current problems of national and foreign history, Historical methodology, Historiography and Source Studies, Regional history are published in the given collection. Messages, reviews, and information on scientific life are placed separately. The main purpose of the publication is to promote the development of Ukrainian historical science and to implement its achievements into the educational process of training highly qualified historians, teachers and teachers of history.
Main tasks:
– representation of the results of scientific-research, scientific-practical and experimental activity of native and foreign scientists in the field of history;
– acquaintance of the historical community with the results of researches of scientific, scientific-pedagogical workers and applicants for higher education of the Department of History of Kamianets-Podilskyi National Ivan Ohiienko University;
– approbation of scientific researches of graduate students and applicants for scientific degrees;
– creation of conditions for scientific discussions, exchange of views on topical issues of historical science;
– consolidation of the historical community of higher education institutions;
– introduction of interdisciplinary and applied research into the historical science; – distribution of innovative and advanced methods and techniques in teaching history.
